Fasting.
Last year when I came home I figured that the main thing IHOP was doing that I wasn't getting a ton of in Michigan was fasting.
So I did a lot of fasting last year.
Fasting is however not the key. It's prayer.
I laugh at how many times the Lord tried to tell me this last year.
